Tomato Soup
Ingredients
Tomato-(washed)
Ginger
Coriender
Green Chilli
Garlic
Salt
Sugar
Pepper powder
oil or ghee
cumin seeds
How to make Tomato Soup
1. Cut all Tomatoes into 4 pieces and put into pressure cooker add 5 garlic cloves, salt and 1 cup water. Now cover the lid and make 3 whistle on medium heat.
2. Once pressure reliz then open lid grind this all mixture in blender or hand blender. Now Strain this tomato paste in a strainer. Discard seeds and tomatoes skin.
3. Heat 1 tbs ghee or oil in pan and add 1 tsp cumin seeds. Now add tomato puree, salt and crushed black pepper. let it boil for 4-5 min. when soup become thick switch off the flame
4. After that add Fresh cream or malai mix well. serve with bread crutons.
